Ian Clarke qualified as a solicitor in 1979 and has specialised in Road Traffic Accident work. Previously Ian was a partner in a renowned Manchester firm for some 20 years.

Sheenagh Clarke qualified as a solicitor in 1983 and worked for a number of years in general practice.

Ian and Sheenagh established The Clarke Partnership,
on 1 May 2000.

Sheenagh retired from the partnership on 30 April 2005. Michael Gough, who has worked with Ian Clarke for a number of years at Geoffrey Warhurst & Co and at The Clarke Partnership, joined the partnership on 1 May 2005.
